The Subcommittee of Kentucky Youth (Juvenile Justice Advisory Board), the Department of Juvenile Justice, Rescue and Restore/Catholic Charities, Covington Police Department, and St. Elizabeth Healthcare invite you to participate in this Summit specifically geared towards providers and consumers of the juvenile justice system and/or mental health/community services in the NKY area.
Confirmed speakers are from the Department of Juvenile Justice, Covington Police Department, Catholic Charities (Covington Office), and Protection and Advocacy. More speakers in education, metal health, and consumers will be added soon!
Participants will have the opportunity to network, collaborate and hear from system involved youth in order to increase identification of mental health needs, trauma symptoms, and hear what would have been helpful for youth with the goal of increasing diversion from the system to provide more successful outcomes for our youth!
There is no cost to attend. Lunch will be provided. CEU’s are pending.
