Eric Hawkins ChairI want to ensure that our youth have access to programs and resources to prevent delinquency and ensure they have access to community-lead and other restorative programs should they make a mistake. My wife and I have 3 children. We enjoy game night, movies, running, riding bikes and serving the community. I have been in management for 25 years at UPS. I have been volunteer mentor and manager a mentoring program for the children of incarcerated parents for over 8 years. I am a volunteer instructor for a youth summer program for juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a MBA. I have a bachelors in business administration from Spalding University and a MBA from Bellarmine University. I was presented with a Joyce Skees Memorial Award for Youth Services by the YMCA of Louisville and Adult Achiever Award from the Black Achievers Program of the Chestnut Street YMCA. David L. David L. Finke, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist. he is the Vice President of Residential Services at Bellewood and Brooklawn (formerly Uspiritus) and is a forensic evaluator for Juvenile Court where he has conducted over 1,000 juvenile court evaluations. He also serves as the Co-Lead of the Bounce Coalition, a diverse coalition from both the private and public sector which conducts Trauma-informed Trainings for Systems of care that work with youth across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Throughout his career of almost 30 years he has worked with youth and families that have experienced trauma. He and his wife, Dr. Helene Finke (also a licensed psychologist) have been married for 28 years and have 3 adult sons.
